Lucian Tudor is the founder of Tudor’s Hospitality, a multi-unit restaurant operations and development firm built on institutional discipline, global operating experience, and long-term value creation.
Lucian has led restaurant platforms at meaningful scale across the United States and international markets. In the U.S., he oversaw a hospitality portfolio generating $16M in annual revenue, leading 250+ team members across multi-unit operations with direct accountability for performance, systems, and profitability.
Previously, Lucian served as Board Director and Chief Marketing Officer of Global Dining Inc., a publicly traded restaurant company based in Tokyo, operating 16 concepts across 62 locations with annual revenues exceeding $120M. In this role, he participated in board-level governance, international expansion strategy, brand architecture, and large-scale operational growth across diverse markets.
His background spans full-service and fast-casual restaurants, with deep involvement in concept development, pre-opening execution, menu strategy, brand positioning, and multi-unit systems design. Lucian approaches hospitality as an operating business first — grounded in prime cost control, organizational structure, and repeatable execution.
Fluent in five languages and experienced across multiple cultures, Lucian brings a cross-cultural lens to development and operations, informing how concepts are built to resonate locally while remaining scalable globally.
Tudor’s Hospitality operates with a long-term mindset. The firm’s culture is rooted in discipline, accountability, and alignment, emphasizing trust-based partnerships, operational rigor, and sustained growth over short-term wins. The company maintains a strong ecosystem of chefs, operators, designers, and vendors across Los Angeles and international markets, built on collaboration rather than brokerage.
Lucian and his team work with partners who value clarity, execution, and durability — building restaurant platforms designed to operate efficiently, scale intelligently, and endure.
